Thys Grove
Director – Assurance
With over two decades of experience in the audit and assurance industry,
Thys Grove brings expertise and hands-on leadership to STG Financial Solutions. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Registered Auditor (RA), accredited by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).
Thys began his career at a mid-sized audit firm in Pretoria, where he completed his articles and steadily advanced from audit manager to audit director. Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of clients across industries, from corporates to SMEs, offering tailored solutions and strategic financial guidance.
His areas of expertise include:
- Statutory audits and independent reviews
- Tax consulting and business restructuring
- Compilation and estate planning engagements
- Business valuations and advisory services
Thys holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He is known for his precision, integrity, and commitment to delivering clear financial insight in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Tshidi Sithole
Director – Accounting
Tshidi Sithole is a seasoned accounting professional with over two decades of experience supporting businesses across South Africa, from startups to listed companies. She is a registered Professional Accountant (SA) and Tax Practitioner, holding a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree from the University of Pretoria.
Her career began at a medium-sized audit firm in Pretoria, where she completed her training contract. She went on to serve in senior roles in both financial accounting and management, offering insight-driven leadership to organizations of all sizes.
Tshidi’s expertise includes:
